2 years ago (), Jim commented Tree list in Curator mockups: Thanks, I get it now. As Jonathan mentioned earlier, these state descriptions depend on the premise that an empty reasons list means "no objections AND has been reviewed by a curator". This assumes that each tree starts with one objection ("Not reviewed") by default, and this would need to be removed manually when choosing Include.
If we're OK with "Not reviewed" being just another free-text string, and not something immediately identifiable by programs, this works. Alternately, we could add a boolean property like `ot:reviewedByCurator`, managed with a radio button like `tree['^ot:unrootedTree'` (exposed in the UI as the radio buttons in the single-tree popup, labeled "Biological root is ( ) confirmed by curator (*) not confirmed").
